Muntok White Pepper
Grown on Bangka island and processed the traditional way: ripe berries are soaked, the skin removed and the seeds dried in the sun. The result is a clean, cream coloured peppercorn with sharp, bright heat. Muntok white pepper is a registered Geographical Indication in Indonesia.
